the perfect hide away
We loved the coziness of the cottage and felt very much at home. Beautiful surroundings, endless view over the fields and to the mountains, 5 minutes walk down to the sea. Great starting point to many hikes. No matter the weather, the wooden stove kept us warm and comfy. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge. All you could need including a much-used washer/dryer. Temperamental weather but we managed some spectacular walks in between showers. Absolutely fantastic place and perfect location for all things Skye. Incredible views right from the lodge, and super cosy if the weather’s bad and you just want a chilled day inside. Check in instructions were clear and everything was covid secure. Just make sure to take it slow on the track down if you have a small car!

The clifftop location is dramatic and absolutely stunning! Views of the Quiraing, out to sea, the Isle of Raasay and beautiful green landscape interspersed with waterfalls. 10min downhill walk to the beach, couldn't be better. The property itself is homely and well-equipped with everything you'll need. It's perfect for a couple and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. The team at Skye Serviced were very helpful and responsive to any issues. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge. Over a long weekend this North-west pocket of Skye basked in glorious sunshine with the most incredible views. We enjoyed walking down to Brothers Point each morning and watching the oyster-catchers and admiring the dramatic scenery. The Lodge is so comfortable and well equipped, the large fridge-freezer was a real plus over a hot weekend. Already recommended to family and friends and talked about when we can come back!

Loved our time at the lodge Culnacroc, so peaceful and stunning views. Awesome interior and fully equipped but it’s the small touches that make this place feel truly homely to many to mention but when you get there you will understand this. My only regret is that we never booked it for a bit longer.

Amazing Cosy Lifge
Had a great 4 nights. Loved the log burner, kept us so cosy. Nice bottle of wine left for us on arrival and loved the Christmas tree with lights and decorations. Had an issue with Sky tv , Ben came within 20 minutes to check for us. A huge waterfall on your doorstep, views of mountains all round. Absolutely would recommend for 2 people wanting a relaxing romantic time .

Gorgeous location, perfect stay!
We absolutely loved our time at The Lodge - gorgeous location, stunning views and the perfect place to rest your head on Skye. Great walk straight out the front door to Brothers Point - we saw about 20 seals down at the beach on our first morning! The wood burning fire was perfect for cosy nights, as it was pouring rain and howling a gale outside. Great that it was pet friendly as well and allowed us to bring our wee adventure cat with us! We hope to be back some day!

I cannot recommend The Lodge enough, it’s so cosy and has every comfortable touch of home you’d want. Beautiful location, we’ll miss our morning coffees overlooking the lush green hills to the mountains and sea, with our friendly sheep neighbours. Perfectly placed for nearby Portree, but far enough away that you get the seclusion and peace you’ve always dreamed of. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for the wine, too!

Wonderful place to stay with your own waterfall and ocean view
The lodge was a wonderful place to stay. My wife and I enjoyed two nights and really enjoyed the peaceful setting and the beautiful views. Everything worked well and the Wi-Fi was great for sending photos and a few face time calls to family. The walk down to the beach and brothers point were a nice bonus, steep hill but a short distance, trail ended right where the waterfall stream met the ocean. The sheep and their new lambs were there to greet us and always around to keep us company.

Pleasant Stay
The Lodge is located in a lovely position with far reaching views, plenty of lovely long walks from the doorstep, and thus a peaceful environment to be within. It is clean, reasonably well appointed with kitchen items but if you’re a keen cook, we’d suggest you check with the hosts that they have everything you need. On arrival we found a lovely bottle of wine left out for us, and which we enjoyed that evening. We met the owner during our stay and found him to be very helpful and responsive to our thoughts and comments. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire holiday and we only wore our full wet weather gear every single day. Forget flip flops! You need good quality walking boots for this area. A car is a must as it’s a good drive from pretty much everything, including the local Staffin Stores. Our dog came with us on this holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the varied terrain, walks, beaches, forests - we managed an 8-10Km walk daily. That said, if you take your dog, be prepared to have it on the lead a lot as the island, as far as the eye can see, is full of sheep. There is a very small garden around the property in which the dog can roam freely. We did encounter extensive difficulty in taking our dog into good quality places to eat - just a handful of establishments actively allow dogs in at all which was really disappointing. Whilst the sitting-room was very comfortable, we found the bed and pillows to be much less so. The bed feels super soft to lie on, however we found that it caused both of us to have poor sleep and significant back aches every morning. It absolutely would not suit someone with a back condition. The pillows themselves were lumpy and one was noted to be stained - we had not realised this until the end of the stay when we stripped the bed off for the cleaners.

A fantastic property in a beautiful location. Felt spacious and cosy at the same time. Very well equipped and the washer-dryer is very efficient. A lovely walk down to the pebble beach, and Brother's Point (too scary for me!), right outside the front door, along with lots of sheep and beautiful views on a clear day. Comfy sofa and a huge comfy bed! My only suggestion would to consider putting a blind on the sloping roof window. Thanks for the wine.

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location, the last building before the path heads down to Brothers Point. The cottage had everything we needed and was a great base for visiting the attractions, particularly those on the Trotternish peninsula. It was very easy to get to Quirang and Old Man of Storr before the crowds.

The Lodge’s location amongst the sheep overlooking the east coast of Skye’s Trotternish Peninsula is simply sublime. There’s a gorgeous 10 minute hike down to the beach on a public access path right outside the front door (so you’ll have other hikers walking by). The king size bed is heaven, the kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast (shop for groceries in Portree on your way up), and the wood stove in the living room makes for cozy mornings and evenings. Parking is conveniently located right out front, and the WiFi helped us when cell service was spotty. The host, Ben, makes check-in easy for travelers who need to arrive on their own schedule, and he is quick to respond to text messages when needed. This was a stellar experience, and we are already planning our return.

The Lodge was an amazing place to stay. My wife and I arrived to find the property was spacious, clean, and with a great deal of privacy. The fireplace was stocked with wood, the kitchen came with pots, pans, and any other cooking utensil you might need, and the bedroom was cozy as could be. The Lodge is also in a great location if you want to make a short drive down to Portree, or go on a hike near the Quiraing or Old Man of Storr. If you're staying on the Isle of Skye, definitely book some time at The Lodge.

We had a fantastic break at The Lodge. Not enough is made of the location, which is truly stunning in all weathers. We enjoyed a lovely stroll down to the beach on the first evening & watched the seals & an otter. The Lodge is very comfortable & cosy, even without the stove lit, & the perfect base for a couples’ getaway. We thought that that top part of Skye was the best scenery. We enjoyed an outstanding lunch at the Three Chimneys, great walk on Coral Beach, stunning drive up towards Flodigarry & back across to Staffin via the Quiraing single track road. Would highly recommend stopping for fantastic coffee & cake at the quirky wooden art cafe past Flodigarry, very welcoming & a real find!

This is a great little cottage in an amazing location. It’s 20 minutes from Portree so restaurants, pubs and shopping are all handy but also close to several of the northern attractions for amazing walks and hiking. It’s the perfect location. The cottage itself is small - I wouldn’t want to share it with another couple; a couple of kids would be fine. But it is the cleanest, cutest Air B&B I’ve stayed in. It has a fairly well-equipped kitchen, great towels and linens (I hate it when places have cheap linens/bad towels) and plenty of thoughtful touches that make it quite easy to settle in. And the location is BEAUTIFUL.

Lovely property but poor customer service and not worth the money. We stayed for two nights at the start of February and paid £270 but do not feel it was worth this, especially off season. The lodge itself was nice, a good size, well furnished and comfy. Sky tv and Wi-Fi provided which was a bonus. Fantastic location and exceptional views which you share with the local sheep! First issue was not receiving any access information, transpired they had taken my email address incorrectly, eventually sorted out the day we were arriving but no apology. There is a wood burner as the main source of heating but not provided any where near enough wood for it. Messaged host to ask about more, he replied asking which property we were in (very unprofessional in my opinion) then sent directions to the nearest shop. I did complain that we were expected to provide our own wood so they did agree to deliver more. Property appeared clean, although we did find piles of dust in a few corners, a dirty plaster in the shower, a dirty plate in the cupboard. There was several light bulbs out, and the shower was more of a dribble, I couldn't even wash the shampoo out my hair. The welcome tablet was completely pointless, the only thing it offered was delivery of a papa John's pizza, an uber taxi and a day trip to Skye leaving from Inverness. No local useful information what so ever, no attempt to promote tourists attractions, tours, restaurants, walks or anything else on the island. As I say property was nice but I do not feel it was worth the money we paid. Each thing individually would not ordinarily have bothered me but the cumulative effect lead to us being rather disappointed. Wouldn't have taken much to make this property worth the money, just a bit more care and attention.

Make sure you follow the path that leads away from the driveway down to the beach; some great views, lots of sheep, and almost no people. The host was quick to respond with the questions we had. It's a lovely house with spectacular views. The hosts were very helpful when one of the appliances broke. There are lots of cozy touches--a bottle of wine waiting, lots of throw blankets, extra pillows. We were quite entertained by the occasional sheep hanging around the cabin. Be aware that it's not a very private place. The trail head of a moderately popular trail is a few steps from the front door. There will be tourists trickling past from sunrise to sunset to hike the trail. They aren't very obtrusive, but they do take away the sense of privacy.

Location is perfect, surrounded by friendly sheep, a view of the coast, all with the backdrop of the Trotternish. The house was very comfortable and accommodating, the Brother’s Point trail (and dinosaur footprints!) was incredible at sunrise, and the location was a perfect base to hike to our heart’s content through Storr and the Quiraing. Couldn’t have asked for a better Skye experience.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the lodge. It was my first time on Skye and it couldn't have gone any better!! There were plenty of books left in the accommodation on local walking routes which was a great touch and we used them to plan our daily walks. One great walk right from the doorstep of the lodge is 'Brother's Point' which could be done in all weathers (thankfully!). Its only a short drive to 'Old Man of Storr' and the 'Quiraing' - great location for exploring the Trotternish peninsula which seemed more accessible for inexperienced hill walkers during the winter months than the Cuillins for instance. Once you got the log fire going the place really heated up but could be cold in the mornings - but this didn't bother us - got us up and dressed quickly! The kitchen is kitted out with everything you'd need to make your own meals and we used it every night bar one where we ventured into Portree. We can't wait to return to Skye!! Martin & Mhari

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The location is great for exploring the island, the Old Man of Storr, Quiraing and 'Fairy Pools' are within easy reach. There's a beach within a 5 minute walk of the lodge which leads to a short walk to Brothers Point which is well worth a visit when staying. The lodge itself was lovely and well equipped, with good facilities to cook meals in and chill in the lounge. We would highly recommend staying here whilst on Skye.

Amazing location with the Trotternish ridge behind you, the walk to the old man of Storr a 10 minute drive and a 5 minute walk down to an incredible coastline. Even with these incredible views just outside we found it hard to get up in the morning because the bed is so comfortable, and the open plan kitchen and loving room is so warm and cosy, a perfect base for exploring Skye.

Such tranquil peace, beautiful views, but with the convenience of Portree just a 20-25 minute drive away (through the most dramatic and stunning scenery) for anything you may need. Utter perfection, to be honest! The Lodge is gorgeous and feels like a luxurious hideaway with stunning views - you can even see a waterfall from the living room window - and there's a lovely little walk down to the beach & Brother's Point. We went down with our coffee on our first morning and were lucky enough to see about 20 seals swimming around the shoreline! It's a great location for exploring Skye - 10 minutes from Staffin, 20 minutes from Portree. It's great that it's pet friendly as well, so we were able to bring our wee adventure cat, Smudge, who loves car trips and going for walks! The wood burning fire was ideal, especially as the weather outside was horrid so we could cosy up in the evening with a wee whisky and a book! We hope to be back someday soon!

This property is in a beautiful spot, with a couple of lovely walks on the doorstep. There were a few things that were not as the listing: no dishwasher, or Sky and no local information which was meant to be on a tablet, but no sign of this anywhere. All things that didn’t bother us too much, but should be amended on the listing. Very comfy bed, and so quiet everywhere, with spectacular views, but there is a skylight in the bedroom with no blind… which means as it’s summer it’s light in the bedroom at 5. I’m sure the company will rectify this, but for us we ended leaving a day early to get some rest elsewhere. I didn’t mention this to the company until after we left as really couldn’t see how something could be fixed in the few days we were there. I’m sure with just these few things rectified it will be a 5 star rated stay, but for us it left us feeling a bit disappointed. It was a stark contrast to the other two properties that we had stayed at in Scotland which had been absolutely amazing, and cheaper. Maybe we had been spoilt with those.

We spent a magical four days and three nights in beautiful Skye. From the moment we stepped into The Lodge it felt like a home away from home. On our second day at The Lodge, we were married. We started our day looking out into Brothers Point with the ‘dress reveal’ being a magical moment for both of us. When we arrived back from our wedding day, we spent the evening by the fire. A magical place to wake up to in the morning with sheep right outside the door and the wind of the ocean going through your hair with a coffee in your hand. Everything about The Lodge was perfect - the amenities were perfect and there is nothing we could fault at all. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Clean, cozy, kitchenware abounding, great shower, wood burning stove that will heat you to the point of opening windows. Primo location - 10 minutes to Storr, 20 mins to Quiraing, 20 mins to Portree, and the trailhead to Brother's Point literally in the front yard. Amazing.

Positive: The location was incredible, great coastal views. The lodge was very comfortable and we felt at home there. Negative: We did feel there should be a warning about the road leading up to the lodge. It is an unmade road with two gates to open. When you get to the top of the road you turn right and appear to be driving right to the edge of a cliff! It might be best if people are prepared for this. Also we felt a blind was needed on the Velux window in the bedroom, it is very light in Scotland and we struggled to sleep.

The property is well maintained with incredible views. Communication with the management was really good let us know in advance how to get and other further advises. Negative: Some small details some of them already mentioned by other guests. It would be useful to have a bigger sign on the main road that indicates where is the property. Curtain in the glass front door and the room skylight, the first one for more privacy and if you got dogs you’ll be waking up very early as soon as they see the sheep on your front door, the second that can prevent you to wake up in very early hours. The oven requires a deep clean Some of the pans will also require a deep clean It would be good to have some vet contact ( for the dog lovers)

Paradise actually
Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here. The Lodge is beautiful with an enclosed garden that kept our dogs away from the sheep. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The wifi was speedy, there was Sky TV and the vacuum cleaner was great for keeping the dog hair in check. Unexpectedly, things like salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, laundry capsules were kindly provided. The secluded location was amazing with a short walk to a stunning beach and Brothers Point. Ben (the manager) was great at checking everything was OK, and Cat also kindly helped us when we needed it. Negative: We probably shouldn't complain about our week of glorious sunshine but it meant the sun streamed through the skylight in the bedroom from 4am. The glass front door also meant that the dogs woke very early and had great fun telling us about the sheep outside!

Positive: The cottage is well equipped for the kitchen and for toiletries in the bathroom. There are some really nice touches here which make it great. The space is cosy and comfortable. The bed is listed as a King but it’s actually a super king which was a lovely bonus. The neighbours are sheep, you’ll hear them occasionally when they are being vocal, and mind out when driving to the cottage they are often in the road. There is a space outside to sit and enjoy the amazing views in all directions. All you can hear outside is the nearby waterfall. Negative: There are a couple of things that let it down too, one being the door to the bedroom and the door to the bathroom open onto each other, so in the night you have to close one to open the other which is very frustrating. The tap in the kitchen is not up to the standard of the rest of the place either, it has a mind of its own. There is also a skylight in the bedroom ceiling which has no blind, and when there is over 20 hours of daylight it would be nice to be able to close it.

A lovely stay, excellent location and would be great anytime of year!
Positive: Location was breathtaking with walks right outside the property. So homely with beautiful bedlinen and lovely and warm with abundance of logs. Great to have the use of a washing machine after travelling around Scotland for a few days. Lovely dining table to have breakfast and watch the sunrise. The log fire was just fabulous, we stayed during some very wintery conditions and stormy weather and so was perfect to get cosy. Negative: Could have been a little cleaner, for example grime around the cooker top, hair in the bathroom cupboard bottle tops under the bed from previous guests. Some of the crockery had to be wash before use. There should have been a tablet with information on about the property and no other means of info. A quick text to the owners gave us the answers we needed. We were told the tablet would have been there. Also no Sky or DVD as advertised but there were streaming channels but no mainstream tv. Not a big issue for us but worth mentioning for others.

One of the best cottages available I think. Very comfortable, lovely furniture, lovely building with loads of character, kitchen extremely well equipped, great heating and log burner. Great walk straight from the cottage to brothers point. Close to the whirling and the old man of storr. Quite a drive to other places from here though and the road to Portree is slow but tou can’t beat the tranquility of the location. Staffin is just 5 mins away with a well stocked local shop and great cafe.

A beautiful birthday stay.
Positive: A stunning location on the north-eastern coast of the island. The views were breath-taking and ever-changing. It snowed, which was wonderful. A water main burst due to the cold, leaving all the houses in the area without water for a few hours, however the property managers were there straight away with water supplies whilst it was being fixed. Perfect Highlands Hide-away
Positive: The lodge is in a beautiful setting right next to landmark Brothers Point which is just a short walk down to the rocky beach. Everything has been considered here from comfort and warmth to kitchen utensils ie garlic crusher etc. There is decking at the front door with a picnic bench and sheep are in the vicinity constantly which is wonderful to wake up to. Short drive to various landmarks and Staffin is very close by. Lovely hot shower, plenty of towels, loo rolls etc. There is even basics like wash up liquid, condiments, tea towels, washing machine capsules etc. Huge comfy bed. Easy to use log burner makes for a cosy night in with Netflix on and a glass of complimentary wine. Negative: You are close to a landmark so be prepared for the odd walker to pass the front to access the public footpath (didn’t bother us). TV had no signal but you have Netflix. Marked down slightly due to a minor issue with the cleaner upon our arrival.

We loved every moment of our stay from booking the lodge right up to the end of our stay. Hosts were great and helpful for any queries we had before arriving. On arrival to the lodge everything was super, beautiful lodge with excellent views. everything is catered for with lots of little extras to make your stay comfortable and manuals on how to work washing machine, tumble dryer etc. perfect location to explore many of the stunning walks. We enjoyed a beautiful early morning sunrise at brothers point which starts right outside the lodge. Couldn’t fault this place, it was perfect for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely "cabin" feel that is about 30 minutes north of the main town of Portree. If going during the off season, plan on most things (e.g. restaurants) being closed that aren't in Portree. Absolutely amazing views from the flat and if you like sheep, this is the place to stay. Close to the water as well. Checking in and out was great. Communication could use some improving as all of the messages seemed to be automated and we asked one question that went unanswered but wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall, definitely recommended.

Negative: A fan would have been nice to have in the lodge as was very hot in the middle of summer during our stay. Dishes weren’t washed properly which I didn’t mind doing but took up a lot of time. No blind on skylight in bedroom so very bright through summer nights, me and partner struggled to sleep. Due to the location of the lodge didn’t feel very private as was near a popular footpath, more fencing could have given the lodge more privacy.

If peace is what you’re seeking, look no further. The Lodge is quite literally off the beaten path. You can take the walking path out the front door past the lambs and sheep to the sea. Negative: Unfortunately, there were certain elements which fell short of my expectation, especially as the property was £1,290 for the few nights we stayed. At that premium price you expect there to be no mould on the ceiling of the shower, no obvious damage and marks from previous tenants. Some love and care needs to be injected into the property to bring it back to its glory which I am sure it could be.

Couldn’t have asked for a more idyllic place to stay on Skye! The place is cozy and away from the hustle and bustle of Portree but not so far as to be inconvenient. We loved the wood burning stove, our sheep neighbors, and the sounds of the nearby waterfall. Make sure to check out the path down to the beach and Brother’s Point. It’s so close and beautiful and we regretted not enjoying it until our last day! We would love to come back!

Positive: Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und sehr ruhig. Uns hat es super gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Bis auf eine einzige Sache: Negative: Normalerweise hat es diese Unterkunft nicht verdient, so extrem schlecht bewertet zu werden. Ich finde dieses eine negative Ding aber so gravierend, dass ich leider nur eine 5 geben kann. In der Beschreibung bei Booking wird diese Unterkunft mit Meerblick angepriesen und es steht da auch ganz deutlich „Terrasse mit Meerblick“. Dies ist aber meiner Meinung nach nicht zutreffend! Man kann das auf meinen Fotos eindeutig erkennen: Wenn man auf der Sitzgarnitur auf der Terrasse sitzt, sieht man außer einem hässlichen Bretterzaun überhaupt gar nichts. Dieser ist ca. 1,40 Meter hoch und es ist vollkommen sinnlos und absolut unverständlich, dass dort diese Bretterwand installiert wurde. Links und rechts von dieser Bretterwand ist der Zaun fast einen Meter niedriger und ausgerechnet da wo sitzt, wird einem die Sicht versperrt. Wenn man auf der Terrasse steht, sieht man in ca. 3 Kilometer Entfernung ein winziges Dreieck von Meer, das man auf den Fotos aber kaum erahnen kann. Das Meer ist zwar nur ca. 300 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt, wird aber leider von einem Hügel verdeckt. Um es zu sehen, muss man den schmalen Wanderpfad ca. 100 Meter weit steil bergab gehen. Ohne den beworbenen Meerblick finde ich die Unterkunft für ca. 225 € pro Übernachtung einfach zu teuer.

Surrounded by nature, a slice of tranquil heaven
Positive: The location is absolutely outstanding - overlooking rolling hills, with just the sounds of the waterfall and the ocean. At night there is no light pollution, and you can stargaze. It's super cosy to come home to after a day's walking, the log burner is a lovely touch. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bed is super comfy. Utter perfection!
Positive: The Lodge was as perfect an escape as one could imagine! We loved the woodburner which keeps the cabin incredibly warm, no matter how cold it gets outside. The cabin is located at the end of a private lane, at the start of the footpath that leads to Brothers Point, so you see hikers passing in the morning, but it's very quiet and private. There's a parking space, a kind gentleman that pops over every couple of days to see if you need more firewood, and a bottle of wine on arrival. The bed is enormous, the shower has decent water pressure, the kitchen has all the utensils you need, and there's plenty of cupboards and drawers to use during longer stays. Negative: This is simply feedback because the question is here - the front door is rather stiff and sometimes tricky to lock. By the second day, we'd got the knack of it. It just needs a firm hand and a bit of a wiggle. Also, the TV is a decent size with a HDMI port for devices, but the screen is losing colour in places which makes some scenes a bit difficult to see. But in no way did either things impact our stay.

Lovely location in Northern Skye, cabin feels very special when you are there, well worth the trip. Negative: TV was damaged on arrival, messaged about it, however never did receive a response regarding this. Shower is not particularly powerful, however sufficient for needs. Driveway is narrow and a little rough, but taking it slowly is fine.

The Lodge was ideal for the two of us and Merlin our dog. We wanted peace and quiet while having a good base to explore Skye. The location for us was great with views if the Old Man of Storr from the garden with Staffin beach and the Quirang close by. We explored yhe whole of island with ease and Portree was near enough for shops, resturaunts, fuel etc. Like all the good places on Skye the Lodge was jewel a bit off the beaten track. The house itself was very well equipped and easy to keep tidy and clean even with the dog. Ben and the team at Skye Serviced Accomodstion were on top of their game and proved helpful and attentive during or stay. We would recommend the Lodge to any comes looking to get rest and enjoy Skye and hope to return ourselves one day.

We found The Lodge a fabulous place to stay and relax, with wonderful views over the countryside. Enjoyed meeting and speaking to a local farmer, Sandy when he was passing, to feed the sheep, on the field around the Lodge. Hopefully we will return some time.

The moment we arrived to the property the 17 hour drive became worth it. This property is situated in an incredibly picturesque area of the island and despite it being next to a popular footpath you feel like you're in your own private oasis. It's a five minute walk to the beach-we went at about 6pm and had the beach completely to ourselves! Inside the property there are lots of little extra features that really put the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved our stay!

Stunning view and with a clean and cosy cabin
Loved our stay of 3 nights at the Lodge. The cabin is clean and well kept with a cosy fire for windy chilly nights. Highly recommend for location, close to Portree and the beach just down the hill where you can sometimes spot seals. Would definitely book again if we’re around.

Amazing stay
Positive: The Lodge was incredible and totally made our stay in Skye. Perfect location next to Brother's point and the most gorgeous sunrises round the corner. Bed was very comfy and having the washer/dryer was really useful after lots of muddy walks. Will definitely be back! Negative: In a perfect world the shower could have been more powerful, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. The road down to the lodge also had some large potholes- fine if you take it slowly though, just be careful!

We had such a great stay here during our time on Skye. It truly felt like we were staying on the edge of the world. The property is in great condition with very nice amenities which made this such a great stop for us. We want to come back already!

Most incredible accommodation but communication was poor
Was nervous with the lead up to our stay as I felt like we may have had a scam on our hands. Booked the house and paid a deposit. Was told I would receive a contract with what we paid and what we owed 2 weeks before stay. Did not receive that. Had to chase up about it. Less than two weeks before stay, no contact about our final payment. Had to chase up to pay final bill. Was told 72 hours before stay we would receive check in instructions. Day before our stay we finally received it. During our stay I had a question about how to pay for our dog, and what check out time was....contacted via email and telephone and didn't get a reply from either. However. The house was AMAZING!! Clean. Amazing location. Had everything we needed. Brilliant facilities. Just a shame about communication as we felt uneasy lead up to holiday.

Our stay here at the edge of the world on Skye was fantastic! The location was breathtaking and otherworldly. The unit was in great condition with so many nice amenities. We enjoyed being able do our laundry while looking out of the windows with the fire creating a cozy atmosphere. 1000% recommend staying here as long as you can!
